2. We believe that Jesus Christ, God’s one and only Son, died for our sins and arose from the dead – 1 Corinthians 15:1-8
3. We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God; 2 Timothy 3:16
4. We believe that every person has worth as a creation of God, but that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:22-23
5. We believe that forgiveness of sin and the promise of eternal life is available to anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior – John 3:16
6. We believe that those who accept Christ should repent of sin, confess their faith in Jesus Christ and be baptized by immersion into Him – Acts 2:38, 1 Peter 3:31
7. We believe that Christ is the head of the church and that Elders and Deacons are appointed by the body to oversee and serve - Colossians 1:18, 1 Timothy 3:1-16, Acts 6:3
8. We believe that the Church is the body of Christ on earth and it exists to share the love of Jesus Christ and build each other up in His image – Ephesians 4:1-6
9. We believe in gathering around the Lords table weekly, as a central focus of our worship service, in a time of remembrance and thanksgiving – Acts 2:42
10. We believe that Jesus Christ will return on a day of final judgement – Matthew 16:27
